About 15 years ago, Deb and her husband sold their home in Southern California, put everything in storage and went on a search for where they would like to call home. They discovered Arnold and never left, "it just felt right". That is the feeling that she wants her clients to have when they decide to purchase or sell a home. Listening to her clients and focusing on their needs is her priority. It is important to her that clients either selling or buying a home have guidance through the real estate process in order to ensure a smooth transaction and feel comfortable with their choices.
Deb's interest in Real Estate began when she was a teenager, she would help her dad with his rental properties (she even helped paint in 115 degree weather in Palm Springs). Now that's HOT! She worked her way through college and graduated College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California with a degree in Business Administration. After graduating college she was employed by Marriott, Pepsi and Disney Regional Entertainment negotiating contracts. Her career in real estate began when she moved to Calaveras County and took a job as a loan processor/officer. She has been selling homes in the area for five years.
Deb is a California native. She grew up in the Bay Area and spent some time in Southern California before moving to the mountains. She and her husband lived in Arnold for three years and then relocated to Dorrington (because her husband wanted more snow). She is fortunate to live where most people go on vacation. She lives with her husband, beautiful daughter and energetic pup.
